Founded in 1971 by Rick Swanson, Associated Feed & Supply began by drawing upon years of experience as livestock producers for the Swanson Family of Companies. In the heart of California’s San Joaquin Valley, Associated Feed is ideally located to serve the animal feed market. We offer a full line of animal feeds including dairy, poultry, swine, beef, equine, sheep, ratite, and rabbit. Feeds are available in bulk and bag form.

West Main

West Main Location

With a brand new warehouse and state-of-the-art bagging system, our original location on West Main Street in Turlock continues to lead the way for Associated Feed & Supply Co. At West Main, we produce meal, pellet, crumble and textured diets for dairy, beef, swine, poultry, sheep and goats, in both bulk and sacked form. Serving customers since 1950, our West Main Facility’s recent modernization allows us to stay on the cutting edge, improving quality in product and packaging.

Sierra Grain Terminal

Sierra Grain Terminal Location

Since 1998, Sierra Grain Terminal has allowed us to better serve our customers with commodities and flaked grains. Located on the BNSF railway, Sierra Grain receives large quantities of ingredients from all over the country. Our high speed unloading and large storage capabilities allow us to provide large dairy customers in California’s San Joaquin valley with first-quality service, as well as keeping our other mills stocked with all the ingredients they need.

Turlock Commodities

Turlock Commodities

Positioned on West Main Street, our Associated Feed Commodities location in Turlock specializes in rolled corn, whole corn, soybean meal, and soy hull pellets. With UP rail access, the Turlock Commodities facility runs 24 hours a day, 5 days a week and can operate on Saturdays, if needed, to meet the demand of our customers.

Traver Commodities

Traver Commodities

Our Traver, California facility handles various commodities along with producing ground corn and rolled corn. With UP rail access, the Traver facility runs 24 hours a day, 5 days a week and can operate on Saturdays, if needed, supplying essential components for livestock producers in the region.

OrganIQ

Organic Division Location

Our OrganIQ location is a CCOF certified organic feed processing facility. Since its inception in 2006, OrganIQ has grown into the largest certified nutrient processing facility in Central California, producing feed from USDA certified organic ingredients, assuring that weed and pest control is accomplished through natural methods and no synthetic fertilizers or sprays are applied. We take great care to ensure that our production methods don’t compromise the inherent nutrient value in these natural ingredients, so our customers know that OrganIQ feeds truly allow them to Feed Intelligently.
